Does ChatVector offer a free trial period?
Yes, absolutely. You can start with a 14-day free trial of our Business plan to experience the full power of automatic syncing and AI qualification. If you decide not to upgrade, you can downgrade to our Free Forever plan. This plan still allows you to attribute conversations to Google Ads, but the workflow (qualifying leads and uploading data) is done manually rather than automatically.
Does this work with the regular WhatsApp Business App?
Yes! Our Starter Plan is designed specifically for the standard WhatsApp Business App on your phone. For larger teams using the WhatsApp Business API, our Business Plan offers deeper integration and programmatic features.
Do I need a developer to set this up?
It depends on your comfort level. If you are comfortable making basic changes to your website (like copying and pasting a snippet of code into your header or using Google Tag Manager), you can do this yourself in under 10 minutes. If you strictly avoid touching your website's code, you may need a developer to spend 5 minutes pasting the tracking pixel for you.
How does the data get back to Google Ads?
We give you full flexibility with three different methods:

Direct Auto-Sync: The easiest method. Link your Google Ads account, and we automatically push qualified conversions in real-time.

Webhooks: For power users. Fire an outbound webhook to tools like Zapier, Make, or your own custom script whenever a lead is qualified to trigger complex workflows.

Manual Import: Download a pre-formatted CSV file from our dashboard and upload it directly to Google Ads yourself (available on all plans).
I run an agency. Can I manage multiple clients?
Absolutely. Our Agency Hub allows you to manage unlimited client domains under one master login. Crucially, you can delegate access by inviting your clients to their specific dashboard. This allows them to log in and manually qualify their own leads (since they know best who actually turned into a customer), while the data automatically syncs back to optimize your campaigns.
What are the limitations of the standard WhatsApp Business App?
The standard app is a "black box" to outside software. It does not allow us to programmatically see if a user actually sent a message or just clicked the button.

The Result: You can still track real conversions (actual conversations) instead of just clicks, but you cannot automate it.

The Workflow: You must manually log into ChatVector and confirm which clicks resulted in a valid conversation. If you want fully automatic attribution (where Google Ads updates instantly the moment a user replies), you must upgrade to the WhatsApp API.
